Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change after placing an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel or modify an order placed with Suvora Residence before it enters carrier transit.

1. Canceling an Order Before Shipment

Orders placed with Suvora Residence enter packing and fulfillment within 1–2 business days, with a daily dispatch cutoff of 3:00 PM IST. You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees at any time before your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel or modify an unshipped order, contact our support desk immediately with your Order Number and the email address used at checkout:

• By Email: checkout@suvoraresidence.shop (include "CANCEL ORDER #" in the subject line for priority routing)
• By Phone: +91 95497 01187 during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)

3. Orders Already Shipped

If your parcel has already been assigned a tracking number and handed off to the carrier, we can no longer intercept the shipment in transit. In that case, you may simply return the unopened package within 10 calendar days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy for a full refund.
